Collection and use of user information
Personally Identifiable Information
Personally identifiable information means information that clearly identifies you to us, such as your name, phone number, email address, postal address or credit card information, and may also be information related to certain support or customer service issues (hereinafter referred to as “” Personally Identifiable Information”). You are generally not required to provide us with personally identifiable information when you use the website or obtain information from most features on the website.
However, in certain circumstances, we may ask you to provide personally identifiable information in order to access or use certain pages and services on the website, or to allow us to provide you with certain personalized or enhanced services that you have requested. How we collect and store information depends on the pages you visit, the events you choose to attend and the services you provide. As previously mentioned, you are not required to provide any personally identifiable information to access or use most pages and services on the website. However, other pages and services may prompt you to provide personally identifiable information.
Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
Tracking technologies may record the following information: Internet domain and host names; Internet Protocol (IP) addresses; browser software and operating system type; clickstream patterns; date and time of website visits, etc. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you go online. A web server, a computer that serves web pages, automatically identifies your computer by its IP address.
The website may also use “tracking tag” technology. These may also be called “transparent image files” or “web beacons”. This technology gives us a better understanding of which pages of this website our users visit. These tracking tags are used to help us optimize and customize the website for you and other users of the website.
